TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Truflo Marine’s Design Team offers technical support for all areas of valve design and system integration from the pre-contract stage to commissioning. The team has a wealth of experience in guiding and advising teams designing new ships and submarines to balance the stringent requirements for quality, size and weight, and value for money.

As well as Truflo’s own proven products, we draw on the expertise of other well known companies within the IMI group who manufacture proven in service naval marine products. Our solid base of experience is matched by our ability to innovate by searching the global market for alternatives to ensure the best outcome for the customer.

We work with customers to identify their exact requirements and to develop value engineered products that are fit for purpose and value for money. We use the SolidWorks CAD software, as we feel it offers the most adaptable package, which can deliver detailed 2D and 3D model data directly into the customers’ preferred format.

Our dedicated service engineer helps customers with any problems they may be having during commissioning. Our engineers can answer the majority of queries over the phone and our service engineer can normally be with you within 24 hours to assess the problem. DIRECT CONTACTS
